" Candles lights were quite fragile, battery access easily comes apart and makes it difficult to simply switch off without cap coming off and batteries then flying out. Very expensive delivery charge as well. Otherwise, the right product we needed and the store has some great options with average prices "

" This is great. Do not purchase other loose rope lights without integral power supply, they are difficult to fit correctly. These are all in one units and function perfectly. Price and delivery was very good. Would purchase again and highly recommend. "

Returns Process - Difficult

" however, this does seem possible as postage would cost me £30 and the item was only £16! Given the size of the items you sell, you should offer a free returns/courier service as most other companies do. "

" To return the items it is so difficult to navigate the website, I am tech savvy and to follow the returns process is rather bizarre', I cannot confirm that the remaining transformers are faulty subsequently, I cannot answer NO though the returns process. "

" The net lights looked great until they both stopped working after a few days - bit disappointing as they broke just before Xmas, so didn't look very good for our guests. But due to some excellent customer service, a prompt refund and replacements were sorted, so hopefully they'll look better next year! "
