I am a first time customer and ordered 3 items from Lights4fun.
Whilst 2 of them were fine, the third, Firefly solar lights, had a faulty connection.
I contacted the company and they couldn't have been more helpful, sending me a new set free of charge.
The person I spoke to was friendly, courteous and very willing to correct the problem.
Great customer service. Will use again.
